Website selling kittens with no video calls or contract
I asked them to confirm their certificate by giving a reference from the Cat Association. They denied that with a reasonable excuse. They said they been in the cattery business for 15 years. I asked for any social account like Instagram or Facebook because they have icons on the main page but the links are empty. They denied that too with another excuse.
They only accept Zelle, which you can't dispute. I asked to do a video call before sending money but they said no because it stresses the kitten. No address, no video calls, no contract, no way to get my money back. I didn't send anything.
