Ordered sleep earbuds and they lied about delivery
I emailed them on June 2nd asking why it was stalled. No reply. Next day I checked the tracker and suddenly it said delivered. I emailed again saying I got nothing. No response until today, July 23rd. Now they say I owe them the money because I got a refund through my credit card company. They claim someone signed for it and USPS delivered it. But they just repeated the China Post tracking number and said it was a USPS number. It looks nothing like a USPS number. Also nowhere in the ordering process did it say a signature was needed.
Ordered sleepbuds, never got them, no way to contact them
There's no phone number on their email or their website. I have a friend keeping watch for packages at my old address and nothing has shown up there either. I just want my order or my money back.
