Phone calls from Sophia Marshall saying non-compliance violation

This lady named Sophia Marshall from Document Services keeps calling me. She calls between 8 in the morning and 8 at night. Leaves the same message every time.

Says something about a reference number and threatening to escalate a matter about violation of non-compliance. She said I was legally notified and will be served without consent. I never asked for anything from them.

I don't know what this is about. No company name on the message really just her name and Document Services. The number is 1(888) 615-1542. Just keeps calling.

Voicemail about a legal notice with no company name

I got a voicemail from someone named Sophia Marshall saying she was with document services. She left a message for Tracy, not me. Saying something about a reference number 1160126 and a noncompliance notice being filed against me.

She said I need to call the litigation office at 888-752-5502 to get a copy sent out. And that this complaint can move forward legally without my consent in 1 to 2 business days. I did not call back. It just felt strange, no real company name or anything.

Call about a debt notice with no company name on it

Got a call from someone named Sophia Marshall with document services. They said it was a formal notice about some noncompliance thing being filed against me. Gave a reference number 305178 and said to call the litigation office at (888) 663-0706 if I didn't get something in the mail.

They kept saying this complaint could move forward legally without my consent in one to 2 business days. Sounded pretty official but there was no real company name or anything. Just that number and a person's name. Felt strange. I didn't lose any money but still.

I got a voicemail from a woman saying she was Sophia Marshall with Document Services. She wanted me to call her back. I didn’t call them and I don’t even have the number they gave me anymore.

Gave a number to call at 888-371-2793. Said consider myself notified. That's it. I didn't lose any money but it felt off. The number was (425) 249-3051. Address said WA, USA.
