Fake dress from fake company with no customer service number
There is no customer service number to call. They claim to respond to email but it takes days and weeks between replies with almost no information. They kept saying the return process was going to be difficult because it had to go to CHINA and they could not guarantee if the product would even be received. They offered me 10% refund, then 20%, then 30%.
I went to USPS and it was going to cost me 38.00 to return it so I gave in and accepted 17.99$ from these liars. I lost 59.95 total.
Bought shoes that were nothing like the description online
I tried to return them a few days later and they said they would only refund 10%. And if I wanted to send them back I would have to pay shipping to China which would cost more than the shoes. But the mailing address on the package was from Melrose Park, IL. They also would not give me a contact number.
I am filing a dispute with Chase today. This is just a scam pretending to be a boutique shop in Savannah.
Bought clothes online that looked nothing like the pictures
The pictures on their site look really nice but the actual products are cheap and not even close. I think they are using AI images or something to make it look better than it is. Honestly feels like a trick to get people to buy. Their email is [email protected]. I tried reaching out but no reply.
