Ordered dresses from Facebook ad with no real refund
The dresses that showed up were generic and really poor quality. I wanted to return both for a full refund. It took them a while to even reply to my email. When they did they just refused to give me return instructions or my money back. They told me to keep the dresses and take a 10% refund. I said no. Then they offered 20% which I took because I figured I'd at least get something back. They sent an email saying I would get 20% off but that was 4 business days ago and still nothing. The ad was a lie, they have no plan to actually refund anyone.
Ordered boutique clothes from Savannah, got cheap junk from China instead
I tried to return it a few days later and they said they would only refund 10%. And if I wanted to send it back I would have to pay shipping to China, which costs more than the clothes are worth. But the mailing address on the package was 5215 S. Boyle Ave., Vernon, CA. 90058. They also would not give me a phone number to call. I already filed a dispute with American Express and I am going to try mailing the stuff back to that Vernon address. This whole thing is a scam pretending to be a real boutique shop in Savannah.
