Ordered two dresses that were nothing like the picture online

I ordered 2 dresses from a company called Sophie & Grace in Savannah. They said they were a mother daughter company in Savannah, Georgia USA. The dresses were described as woven textured like they were a blend of materials, maybe cotton. But there was no material content listed in the description.

When they got here they were not like the picture at all. They were supposed to be airy and flowing but they were 100 percent polyester. I wrote them about 8 times asking for a refund on at least one dress and I would return the other. They replied saying they would refund 10% of the $89.90 I paid and I could keep the dresses.

The last email had an address in China. They said I could get a 20% refund or send the dresses back to China at my own cost and they would examine them to see if I could even get any refund at all.
