TikTok ad took me to a fake website that kept saying they shipped my order

Saw this company on TikTok and clicked the link. The website looked legit and said they were based in California. But then it turned out my stuff was being shipped from somewhere international.

They said they sent my order three times already. Every time I got an email saying it was on the way. Nothing ever showed up. Now they just stopped answering me. I lost about 31 bucks and they won't give me a refund.
