Ordered online back in April and still no package

I placed an order online with Sorellaedit back on April 2, 2026. After a few weeks went by I emailed them asking for a tracking number. They gave me one and I followed it but the package never showed up. That was around May.

So they said they would send another one out. That one never arrived either. I feel like they are being fraudulent honestly because it doesn't take two months for a package to get here. I've ordered stuff from overseas before and never had this problem. I just want to report this to the BBB. Their email was [email protected] and I found them on Instagram. Lost about 29 dollars.
