Dress order never showed up and no real refund offered

I ordered an 8 pack of dresses from their website, sorellawear.com. It said 3-5 days for delivery which was fine. The package never arrived so I emailed them at [email protected]. They said they would look into it and re-deliver the product.

They used two different tracking systems which didn't make sense. Then they offered me a partial refund. I paid 30 dollars and that's just not acceptable. I want my money back for something I never got.

Ordered dresses over a month ago and still nothing

I ordered 8 dresses from sorellawear. I paid almost $40 and they said they would be here in 3-5 days. That was over a month ago now. I still haven't gotten anything and no one is answering. I found them through Facebook and I feel like I just threw my money away.
