Ordered dresses that said ship from Atlanta but came from China

I bought some dresses from sorellawear.com because it said they ship from Atlanta. Then I got the tracking and it showed the package was coming from China. I told them right away to cancel the order. They kept writing back saying they are a "responsible" company and offered me partial refunds for the confusion. Shocker, I never got any refund. I lost $30.00.

Ordered from sorellawear.com and never got my package

I ordered something from sorellawear.com and paid $45. They kept emailing me about the package for two months. I never got it. When I asked for my money back they said no. They sent me a picture of some tracking info but it was fake. No proof of delivery or anything.

Bought clothes from TikTok ad and never got them

I saw this clothing ad on TikTok and clicked the link to their website sorellawear.com. It said they deliver from CA, USA so I figured it was fine. I ordered and paid $36.38.

Then I got tracking and it showed the package was coming from somewhere international, not California. That felt strange. Anyway the package never showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. So I just lost my money.

Ordered dresses from TikTok link and never got them

I ordered dresses from a link I found while scrolling through TikTok. I ordered at the end of March and 30 days later I still had not received my product. I sent an email to [email protected] and they replied saying they would refund me 20% and expedite my shipping.

The tracking information said the shipment was in my city but it stayed there for 10 days without making it to my home. Then they changed the tracking to say it had been delivered but it was not. I lost 30.99 dollars. They have since stopped replying to my emails.
