Website said delivered but package never showed up

I ordered from sorveja.com on May 2. Their site said 3-4 day shipping. It’s now June 2 and the tracking they gave me shows it was delivered today but nothing was there. I paid $30.99 and I never got anything. I emailed them at [email protected] but no one replied. The tracking number just says delivered but I have no package. I don’t know what else to do.
