TikTok ad sent me to a different website and never delivered

I saw an ad on TikTok and thought I was buying from the TikTok shop. I didn't even realize it sent me to another website until I went back to TikTok to check my order and it wasn't there. The website was sorveja.com.

They gave me a tracking number but it looks fake. It's been a month since I ordered and I still haven't gotten anything. I lost $95. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply.

Website said delivered but package never showed up

I ordered from sorveja.com on May 2. Their site said 3-4 day shipping. It’s now June 2 and the tracking they gave me shows it was delivered today but nothing was there. I paid $30.99 and I never got anything. I emailed them at [email protected] but no one replied. The tracking number just says delivered but I have no package. I don’t know what else to do.
