Paid $800 for roadside help and no one ever came

I’m a truck driver and my truck broke down on the road. I called SOS National Towing for roadside assistance because I was stuck and needed help fast. They charged me about $800 for the service.

No one ever showed up. I waited and waited and called them back but nothing. I never got the service I paid for. Their website is sosnationaltowing.com and their address is 5900 balcones dr in Austin TX. The phone number they used was (850) 290-4831 and the email is [email protected].

I just want my money back. $798.97 is a lot to lose for nothing.
