Bought a bracelet from a Facebook ad and they took more money later

I saw an ad on Facebook for a bracelet and decided to buy it. It was like 31 dollars or something. I ordered it and thought that was that.

But then I checked my bank account and they had taken more money out after the first purchase. I didn't authorize that. They just stole it. I never got the bracelet either.

So now I'm reporting them. Their website is Souleora.com. I don't know what else to do.
