Website keeps charging my card after I told them to stop
I've been dealing with this for a while now and it's getting old. Every time I think it's handled, another charge shows up. I've reached out multiple times and nothing changes.
They have my info and I can't get them to stop. I just want this to end.
Bought a bracelet from a Facebook ad and they took more money later
But then I checked my bank account and they had taken more money out after the first purchase. I didn't authorize that. They just stole it. I never got the bracelet either.
So now I'm reporting them. Their website is Souleora.com. I don't know what else to do.
