Ordered a Father's Day gift and got wrong item from South Faces

I ordered something from South Faces on May 18, 2026. When I got the package it had the wrong item in it, the statement was all messed up. I emailed them asking for a return address or info on how to send it back and got nothing back for a while.

Then on June 23rd they finally wrote back asking if I wanted a replacement in a different color. I said yes and told them which color. Since then I've emailed them almost every week asking for an update and nobody writes me back. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift from my granddaughters to their guardian dad. So it's been a real disappointment. I have the whole email thread if they need to see it.
