Got a weird voicemail about a civil action being filed in my name

I got a voicemail from someone saying her name is Alexis James. She said she was calling from Southwest Radiation with a James Wilson. The message was about a potential civil action that would be filed in her firm in my name.

She said I needed to speak with her and left a callback number, 17252384355. She told me to ask for mediator Alexis James. The whole thing felt off. I never signed up for anything with them and I don't know what they're talking about.
