Got a scam call from someone pretending to be Southwest reservations

I work for Southwest and I've had several passengers tell me they got a call from this number, 888-838-0305. The person said they were from Southwest reservations.

These passengers got scammed. They lost over a thousand dollars each. It's really concerning that someone is using our name like this to take people's money. I wanted to report it because it keeps happening.
