Paid for a walking pad but they sent me a single earring hoop

I got scammed by something called Sp Luraya. I paid $65.00 for a walking pad from them online. That's what I ordered. But what showed up wasn't a walking pad at all. They sent me a single earring hoop. Just one little hoop. That's it.

I'm trying to get my money back for this but nothing is happening. I paid for one thing and got something completely different and worthless. It was $65.00.
