Door hanger about home wiring from someone pretending to be Sparklight

Someone came by my house saying they were from Sparklight. I wasn't home so they left a door hanger. It said our home wiring needed maintenance and to call them ASAP. It also said our internet service would get disconnected if we didn't respond.

I checked with the real Sparklight and they told me they don't send people door-to-door like that. So this was some scammer. They put an address on the hanger from Star, ID 83669. I didn't lose any money because I didn't call them. Just wanted to put this out there.
