Charge on my card with no way to contact them directly

I saw this charge for $19.99 on my credit card from spcaspn.com. I went online and filed a complaint and they cancelled my subscription but didn’t give me a refund.

So I called the number 1(844) 410-3258 and they offered me half back. They did give me 50% refund but that’s it. They said they signed a non-disclosure thing and wouldn’t tell me any address except “California.” That’s all they would say.

There is no way to get ahold of them directly. I don’t know what else to do.
