Getting repeated calls from Specialty Life Insurance and I don't know why

I keep getting phone calls from SLI, which is Specialty Life Insurance. I answered once and it was a robot recording talking about their insurance. Another time I picked up and a real person was on the line. They had my name and said they were calling from specialty life insurance. The calls are coming from Calgary, Canada.

I don't have any life insurance and I've never dealt with this company. I don't know why they keep calling me. I told them to stop and I blocked the number they used, but now I'm getting calls from different numbers like 587-601-1242. I just want them to leave me alone.
