Someone came into my mom's house claiming to be from Spectrum Mobile

Someone came into my mother's house. They had no identification, no uniform, and no company truck. They said they were a manager for Spectrum Mobile and were replacing the router and equipment.

They took our router and left a defective or hacked router in its place. Now, the router that was taken is in the same area with our name still on it. I suspect they did this to gain information on the traffic from her work and to steal information.
