Call from someone saying they were Spectrum about a replacement phone
When I got back to Ohio I called the real Spectrum Wireless and found out it was a scam. I returned the phones to the real Spectrum Mobile but they charged me a fee. I paid about 35.50 at the FedEx store and sent each phone back separately once I realized what happened. Lost 45.50 total.
Someone came into my mom's house claiming to be from Spectrum Mobile
They took our router and left a defective or hacked router in its place. Now, the router that was taken is in the same area with our name still on it. I suspect they did this to gain information on the traffic from her work and to steal information.
