Phone I didn't order showed up and now another one is coming
A mobile phone showed up that I never ordered so I sent it back. Now I'm waiting on another package and I'm pretty sure it's another phone I don't want or need.
I'm including a copy of the mailing label from the phone I sent back. The number he gave me was (866) 574-4969 and the address showed Rode, DE.
Call from someone saying they were Spectrum about a replacement phone
When I got back to Ohio I called the real Spectrum Wireless and found out it was a scam. I returned the phones to the real Spectrum Mobile but they charged me a fee. I paid about 35.50 at the FedEx store and sent each phone back separately once I realized what happened. Lost 45.50 total.
Someone came into my mom's house claiming to be from Spectrum Mobile
They took our router and left a defective or hacked router in its place. Now, the router that was taken is in the same area with our name still on it. I suspect they did this to gain information on the traffic from her work and to steal information.
