Email from someone claiming I owe Speedy Cash money

I got an email from this [email protected] saying I owe Speedy Cash money. They put an address on it too, 700 Stewart Street in Seattle. I have never gotten a loan from Speedy Cash in my life so this makes no sense.

They said it was debt collections but I don't owe them anything. The email was weird and the whole thing felt off. I didn't reply to it or anything. Just wanted to report it. Lost $5.00 somehow but I don't even know how that happened.

Got a threatening email about a loan I never took out

I got an email from someone named Janet at Speedy Cash. She said I took out a loan, which I never did. She said I solicited funds and now there's a returned check and pending criminal charges against me.

I asked for documentation to prove any of this. Janet said she can't send any paperwork because it's a time-sensitive situation. She said the only way to resolve it is if I make a payment. That didn't make any sense to me. I denied taking out a loan from them.
