Ordered Jelly Trim, returned it, still waiting for refund

I bought Jelly Trim online on 5/20/26. Got it, then sent it back the very next day. I followed their instructions exactly, had an authorization code and a reference number to track the return.

They offered to let me keep it for half price. I said no, I want my full money back. They told me they would credit my card. That never happened.

Now when I call that number 888-201-7001 it just rings once and hangs up. I’m out $294.99.
