Weird job interview over text message after contact on Behance

I got a message on Behance from a woman named Connie Wood about joining a design team for something called Spotlight. The whole thing felt off right away. The very next day, her Behance account was just gone, deleted.

The interview was bizarre. It was all over Microsoft Teams, but only through text chat with a guy named Joe Sordello. No call, no video, just typing. Then the day after that, they said I was hired and sent me this hiring document that looked really sketchy. Nothing about this seems right.
