Text message about a loan I never took out

I got a text message about my "Continental loan" account saying the debt was transferred to Spring Oaks Capital SPV, LLC from Security Finance Of Idaho, LLC. I have no idea what any of this is. I don't have any loan with them.

The text also mentioned I supposedly had an account at Wise Financials, which is a money transfer thing like PayPal. I think that was a scam too or someone opened an account in my name to move money out of the country. I don't owe anybody anything. I have no debt at all.
