Booked a cruise with drink packages that were never paid for

I booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean through St. Mary Cruises for July 24th, 2025. It was supposed to include drink packages and gratuities. But once I got on the ship, they told me the drink packages were never processed by someone named Dan Martin. I had to buy two more drink packages right there on the ship.

For six months now, St. Mary Cruises has been promising me a full refund. That’s $1700. I haven’t seen any of it. It’s just been countless lies every time I contact them. It feels like possible fraud at this point. I’m still waiting.
