Ordered clothes months ago and still no item or refund

I bought some clothing from Stailonline.com and I never got the merchandise. It’s been months now and they still haven’t given me my money back. I spent about 40 dollars on this.

I’ve tried reaching out but no luck. I just want my money back or the clothes I paid for. This is really frustrating.

Ordered jeans from TikTok shop, never got them and no refund

I saw some jeans on TikTok shop and placed an order. It sent me to this website called Stailonline.com to complete it. After that, it took over 30 days for an update. Then the tracking said the item was delivered, but I never got anything. Nothing showed up.

I emailed the company at [email protected] to ask for a refund. I didn't get any reply back from them. It's just my money gone. I lost $38.00 on this order for jeans I never received.
