Ordered jeans from TikTok shop, never got them and no refund

I saw some jeans on TikTok shop and placed an order. It sent me to this website called Stailonline.com to complete it. After that, it took over 30 days for an update. Then the tracking said the item was delivered, but I never got anything. Nothing showed up.

I emailed the company at [email protected] to ask for a refund. I didn't get any reply back from them. It's just my money gone. I lost $38.00 on this order for jeans I never received.
