Facebook ad for discount stamps that never came

I saw an ad on Facebook for stamps at a discount so I clicked on it. I ordered some and they charged me 42.50 dollars. I never got the stamps.

I got an order confirmation email and it had an email address on it. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but that’s when I figured out it was a scam. They didn’t reply or anything. The website was Stampstime and I think they’re in CA, USA but who knows.
