Phone call saying my employer stopped paying my premiums

I got a call from (800) 521-3535. They said my employer stopped making premium payments and I needed to pay to keep my coverage. I been retired for 3 years now so that didn't make sense.

They gave me a website www.standard.com/ahl/mybenefits and an address 4920 San Pablo Rd. South, Suite 200c, Jacksonville, FL 32224. I don't know why they would call about that when I haven't worked there in years. Just felt strange.
