Ordered New Balance shoes from Staplermania and got fakes instead

I ordered a pair of New Balance 327 tennis shoes from Staplermania.com. They were supposed to be white with a red "N". What showed up was totally different.

The box inside the shipping package was all ripped up. And the shoes themselves were some kind of pleather material, ivory color with a pink "N". Not even close to what I ordered. I paid $165 for these and they're clearly counterfeit.
