Paid for something online and never got it, PayPal denied my claim

I ordered something and paid fifty dollars for it. The item never showed up. So I opened a case with PayPal to try and get my money back. But they denied it because Starcraft Network Limited gave them some tracking number, saying they shipped it.

But I never got the package. I don’t know what they provided to PayPal but it wasn’t a real delivery to me. So now I’m out fifty bucks and have nothing to show for it.
