Ordered skull caps from a video but got completely different ones

I ordered the skull caps and paid for them. What I got was nothing like what was in the video. The video showed stretchy skull caps but what showed up were those generic ones that tie, not stretchy at all. Very cheap and different.

I been emailing them back and forth. They made me jump through a bunch of hoops and kept rejecting my pictures. Then they told me I ordered wrong. I asked them how can I order wrong when the video only has that one thing to buy underneath it? I ordered the biggest pack with all the colors. I would not pay $1.99 each for these things. It was a pack of 5 and I lost $42.00.
