Ordered flowers from a site with almost no other shops nearby

I ordered flowers from starluckflowers.com because where I needed them delivered there’s hardly any flower shops. I thought it would be fine.

I paid $64.94 and never got anything. No flowers showed up. No tracking. No reply when I tried to contact them.

Their address says Pomfret Center, CT but I don’t even know if that’s real. Just took my money and nothing.

Ordered flowers, got a cancellation and no refund

This company is a fake company. I ordered from Starluckflowers.com and they processed my order and payment fine. Then about an hour later I get an email saying the order is cancelled and they can’t tell me why. They expect customers to wait for a refund 5-10 business days that never comes. I lost $97.41.

I found I was not the only one this was happening to but it’s happening to hundreds of people. I asked for the cooperate office but the person emailing me at [email protected] did not provide any further information. Their phone number is 1(800) 646-8308. Save your money. These guys are scammers.
