Flower order cancelled but no refund came back
Then later that same day I get an email saying my order was cancelled. Then another one saying my refund was processed. But the money never came back. I paid $54.11 and it's just gone.
I tried calling (800) 646-8308 and emailed [email protected] but nothing. The address says Great Neck, NY. Just want my refund.
Ordered flowers from a site with almost no other shops nearby
I paid $64.94 and never got anything. No flowers showed up. No tracking. No reply when I tried to contact them.
Their address says Pomfret Center, CT but I don’t even know if that’s real. Just took my money and nothing.
Ordered flowers, got a cancellation and no refund
I found I was not the only one this was happening to but it’s happening to hundreds of people. I asked for the cooperate office but the person emailing me at [email protected] did not provide any further information. Their phone number is 1(800) 646-8308. Save your money. These guys are scammers.
