Paid for facial product on TikTok and never got it

I saw this facial product on TikTok from Starrisus Limited. So I paid through PayPal. It was 34.97 dollars. Never got the product. I tried to get a refund but can’t. They got my money and nothing came. The email they used was [email protected]. I don’t know what else to do. Just want my money back or the product.
