Fake H.E.B. survey site took my credit card info and charged me

I was trying to go to the H.E.B. website to do a survey. I didn't check close enough and a fake H.E.B. site came up instead. It told me to put in my credit card and said NO CHARGES WOULD OCCUR. I know it was stupid but I entered my information. Then it sent me to this page for Starvuw, for streaming movies.

I called my credit card right away to cancel. They told me Starvuw already charged me $34. The company doesn't even have an address linked to it. The phone number for this was (844) 468-7266 and the website was heb-comsurvey.click. It's all just a scam.
