Paid double for company registration and got no certificates or receipts

I was trying to register my company with what I thought was the Minnesota secretary of state. I found this site, state-filings.com. They charged me an unusually large amount in fees for services that seemed questionable. In the end, I paid twice what it should have cost. I had to find and fill out all the information myself anyway.

I never got any certificates from them. I never got proper receipts that showed any actual work was done. The whole thing felt off.
