Text about traffic fines for places I never even been to

Got a text message about traffic fines. It had a letterhead that said State of Alabama but then it said St. Louis County which is in Missouri. The fines were for traffic camera and speeding and parking violations. I haven't even been to Missouri. It came from (689) 268-5571. The address said St Louis County Missouri, AL, USA which don't even make sense. It was a lame attempt but still.
