Text with a fake traffic violation notice from Missouri

I got a picture sent to my phone saying it was from the state of Missouri St. Louis traffic division. It said it was a final notice for court enforcement action for speeding, parking violation, and toll evasion. It said I had to pay fees or they’d suspend my license and some other stuff.

I didn’t lose any money but it felt really strange. There’s no company name on it and the phone number that sent it was (908) 726-2095. Just wanted to report it.
