Pushy salesman came to my apartment and lied about lowering my bill

A man came to my apartment saying he could lower my bill. He was really pushy, knocking over and over, and I was pregnant and exhausted so I finally answered. He told me he worked directly with PGE. I didn't know he was from some other company, Statewide Energy.

He never said anything about cancellation fees or prices going up. He sold me something and I never got anything. He promised to lower my bill and that didn't happen either. I feel overwhelmed. I feel taken advantage of.
