Ordered flower seeds online, never got them and can't get my money back

I ordered some outdoor flower seeds from Statusun.com. I paid using my debit card. I never received the seeds at all.

I've been emailing the company back and forth about it. They keep telling me the item was delivered. They gave me a USPS delivery number. I checked with my local post office with that number. The post office told me it was a used address label for something delivered in Chicago. They said I was being scammed.

I never got the product. I didn't get my money back either. It was $22.
