Signed up for free monthly box and never got it on time

I signed up for Stay Well USA about a year ago. They said if you have medical you get a free box every month of general healthcare items. I didn't even get my first box until maybe six months later. You're supposed to get one every month.

I reached out to them numerous times asking why I wasn't getting one every month and they did not respond. The products I finally did receive were damaged and I couldn't even use them. So what was the point.
