Charged over $100 for stickers I didn't agree to buy

I ordered 8 stickers from staysafestickers.com back in December. They charged me 12 dollars for it. Then on January 2nd, I saw my bank account was debited for 52.36. I never signed up for any membership or agreed to any recurring charges.

I've emailed and messaged them multiple times about this. My bank said it was set up as a recurring debit. Then today, February 2nd, they took another $52.36 out of my account. That's over a hundred dollars total now for some stickers. I just wanted the stickers I paid for, not this.
