Ordered soccer shirts for Haiti and never got them

I ordered from this website staywildwest.com on June 12, 2026. I bought 2 soccer shirts and a soccer cap for the team Haiti. My order number was SW1475. The site said I would get it between June 19 and June 28.

I never got anything. I started emailing them on June 18 because I didn't see any movement on the Shop app. That's the tracking app I use for everything. They have no phone number or any other way to contact them. They never replied to any of my emails. It feels like a store front based out of China or something. I lost $70.61.
