Shipping Department

I bought and paid with my Debit Card for 3 bracelets and did receive. They are too big . Want to send them back. I also bought 4 rings they have been paid for. I have gone on the website of KatieLucyJewelry that is from this address that I received the bracelets from this was back in March and have not heard anything back. I have just lost money. What can be done about it?

If you know anything about this Katie LucyJewelry please let her know about her using my Debit Card number to pay for what I ordered 1 bracelet and not 3 of the same bracelets and they are way too big. i ALSO ORDERED 4 RINGS THAT I CAN'T TRACK AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID FOR WITH MY DEBIT CARD TOO.

Received steel jewelry balls I never ordered

I got a package in the mail from an address in Cranbury, New Jersey. It was Ste 313 on 20 Haypress Road.

Inside were some steel jewelry balls. I never bought these. I didn't order anything from this company or at this address. It was an online purchase scam, but I didn't actually lose any money. They just sent me stuff I didn't want.

It felt really off to get a package for something I never purchased. I don't know why they sent it or how they got my address.

Paid a $6.56 postage fee for a parcel that only had cheap plastic beads inside.

The mail person delivered a parcel to me but said I owed a postage fee of $6.56. I paid it. When I opened the package, all that was inside were two cheap pink plastic beads. That’s it.
I’m going to be notifying my mail carrier about this right away. The return address was STE 313 20 Haypress RD, Cranbury, NJ 08512. I lost the $6.56 on this.
