Ordered a push-up board and no shipping update since June 5th

I ordered a push-up board for exercise from their website and since the day I ordered it on June 5th there has been no shipping updates. No estimated shipping dates or delivery dates at all. I’ve emailed them twice now and they won’t reply.

Their website says they get back to people within 24 hours but I have had no response. All the reviews are strangely 5 stars. The whole site is full of weird typos too, like in their About Us section they misspelled their own brand name as Steededge instead of Steeledge. I checked their Instagram account origin location and it says Pakistan.

I lost $52.00 on this. Their email is [email protected].
