Called about a fake debt and threatened to garnish my wages

I got a call from this number (971) 298-5783. When I called it back it just went to voicemail and gave me another number to call, 888-237-7370. So I called that one.

Some lady named Janice Howard answered saying she was from Steinberg and Associates. She said I owed a debt and if I didn't pay they would contact my job and garnish my wages. I told her it was fake. She said I'd see it was fake when I got served with papers and then she hung up on me. Their website is Steinberg and associates.com and they say they are in Oregon.
