Paid $348 for eye cream but the box was empty

I bought eye cream from Stemtox in Costa Maya for $348.00. I boarded the ship and left the port. That night I opened the sealed box to apply it.

It was an empty box. The box was sealed and wrapped. Omg I am so not happy with this scam.
