Email about a warrant from Merrick Garland for a debt

Got an email from someone named Stephanie Grant saying they are a debt collector. They said I owe some debt and that there is a pending arrest warrant from Merrick Garland if I don't pay. I have no idea what debt they are talking about.

The email came from [email protected]. There was no company name or real address, just said None, IA, USA. They didn't even say what the debt was for or give any proof. Just wanted me to pay.

I didn't lose any money but this felt really wrong. You can't just email someone about a warrant like that.
