Calls all day about loan offers I never asked for

This Sterling loan company calls me like 5 to 10 times every single day with loan offers. I can't fully block them because they call from a different number every time. I never asked for any of this.

The number they use is (309) 301-1798 but like I said it changes. I haven't lost any money to them yet but the calls are just nonstop. It's getting really annoying.
