Sent me a fake product and then ignored my refund request

I bought something from their website sthael.com and what they sent me was a counterfeit product. It was not what I ordered at all. I tried to get a refund and they just refused. They said no.

I paid $29.27 for this. Their address is 1500 N. Grant St. STE R, Denver, CO 80230 and their email is [email protected]. I have been trying to get my money back but they will not do anything about it. Just a total waste of money.
